Just Auth offers a variety of integrations to cover different data access flows within your organization. Our goal is to provide comprehensive coverage for all your access control and auditing needs.

Current Integrations

Chrome Browser Extension

Our browser extension integration allows you to monitor and control access to web-based applications and services.

  • Easy to install and configure
  • Allows the user to select the valid justifications that meet your organizations policy.
  • Denies access to pages that do not meet the policy.
  • Allows you to continously audit access to internal resources to set what is protected and what may need protection.

Force-installing with Chrome Enterprise

If you're using Chrome Enterprise, you can force-install the Just Auth extension for all users in your organization:

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console.
  2. Go to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions.
  3. Select the organizational unit where you want to install the extension.
  4. Click "Add" and select "Add Chrome app or extension by ID".
  5. Enter the Chrome Web Store ID of the Just Auth extension.
  6. Set the installation policy to "Force install".
  7. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

This ensures that all users in your organization have the Just Auth extension installed and active on their Chrome browsers.

Reverse Proxy

The reverse proxy integration enables you to manage access to internal applications and services without requiring the browser extension or modifying the applications themselves.

  • Seamless integration with existing applications.
  • Provides protection with or without the browser extension.
  • Use our hosted version or easily self-host the proxy.
  • Built on Envoy, an industry-standard high-performance C++ Proxy.

Forward Proxy

Our forward proxy integration provides a centralized point of control for outbound traffic from your organization.

  • Enforce Chrome Extension protection for all resources.
  • Enforce access policies for cloud services and SaaS applications
  • Use our hosted version or easily self-host the proxy.
  • Built on Envoy, an industry-standard high-performance C++ Proxy.

CLI (Command Line Interface)

The CLI integration allows you to bring Just Auth's access control and auditing capabilities to command-line tools and scripts.

  • Easily add enforcement existing CLI workflows
  • Add to your Docker images to protect interactive data access flows (e.g kubectl exec -it).
  • Set as your SSH shell to protect SSH sessions.
  • Easy to deploy and manage across your infrastructure
